A Mighty Fine Life

Today was pretty nice. Work was... work, but it was a good day, because it was me, A, and Quagmire (his choice of nickname, not mine; I'm not a Family Guy fan) all day. Which is always fun. (Sunshine gave his two weeks yesterday, though, sniffsniff.) There were a few cranky customers, but no one that bad. And then Caroline's birthday came in!

That was fun. I got to see Caroline, Jess, Margot, and Jen on my (short) break (as well as some very nice people I hadn't met before). Jen had to leave (sniff!!) but after work, I met up with them for drinks/dinner/desert, all of which was mostly just to hang out and talk. So that was pretty awesome. And now bed, because I'm getting up for brunch with Rachel tomorrow.
